The residents and staff care immensely about the surroundings which have made Floridana so popular to newcomers. It is a close knit community who enjoy helping and support each other. Floridana has convenient access to the airport, Interstate 75, gulf beaches, popular restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, sporting events, hospitals, banking and churches. Very close to Floridana is a popular public golf course, Greens Of Manatee.

Recent Additions and Technology to our clubhouse features wireless internet connectivity.

While we've been a local league member in the recent past, we're looking for folks who might want to continue that tradition.

Our heated swimming pool has solar panels and heat pump to keep the water temperature comfortable throughout the year.

The clubhouse is open to many free activities and can be rented by park members for private functions.

There is also a fenced in RV and boat storage area for members to rent when space is available.

A newly installed horseshoe tossing area is open for play.

Our library contains a nice variety of books donated by park residents and our friends. There is now an online computer available for residents during office hours.

There are laundry facilities for those park members who prefer to use it.
