Special Membership Meeting
There will be a special membership meeting on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the clubhouse.
Immediately following the special members meeting there will be a Board of Directors meeting to adopt the Floridana Homeowners Association 2025 budget.

Floridana is a pet friendly community close to shopping centers, grocery store, banks, restaurants, hospitals, movie theaters and only a short drive to many beautiful Gulf beaches in Bradenton, Florida.
Our residents share many activities throughout the year and especially during the winter season when our northern friends are here.
Lots are resident owned, thereby eliminating expensive rental fees. The low monthly assessment fee of $160 covers water, sewage, solid waste disposal and community amenities.
The Floridana Homeowners Association is governed by a board of directors made up of resident-owners vested in making this community a great Florida living experience.
